SK's Core Restore Course
This course is for any women who feels they need to improve their pelvic floor function and feel stronger and more confident in their body.

We then combine that with gentle mobility exercises to help release areas of tightness and improve posture. We add in pilates (mat & reformer) based strength exercises to help improve core function and the body as a whole so you can feel and move better and feel more confident within your body.

This was my first every pilates session and I loved it! Suz listened to my goals and gave clear explanations and demonstrations. She obviously knows her stuff and I left feeling straighter and stronger already. Her ability to massage out those tight knots is an absolute bonus too. I would highly recommend her to any woman looking for strength, relaxation or post-natal recovery."

I highly recommend Suzie's 1 to 1 pilates sessions. After just a few postnatal sessions I can really feel an improvement in my core strength and a lot less back pain. Each session is enjoyable but challenging and at the end I feel two inches taller! It makes such a difference having the attention to detail from a 1 to 1 lesson and it is so good to have one hour a week to focus on something just for me."

"What can i say! Suzie is an amazing teacher who is patient and her voice immediately helps you to relax. After having 2 children, i was left with a tummy gap, this impacted me on a daily basis. Suzie really helped me to improve my tummy gap and gain strength around that area. 1.5 years later, i not only do pilates for my tummy but because it feels great afterwards too."
